Fantastic value offer - consultation, assessment, treatment plan, self-care and 6 treatments. Just book in your first 1.5 hour treatment and we can then book in follow ups as needed. To help a chronic condition it is often beneficial to have a few weekly treatments and then to gradually span them out as pain and tension is reduced. This treatment is perfectly designed to help ease chronic pain conditions, increase range of movement and reduce stress levels. Once you have booked in your appointment, I will send some health questions and ask what you are hoping to achieve from your experience. ​ The first clinical appointment is 90 minutes and will include: -Health Consultation -Assessment and range of movement tests to pin-point the issue​ -Goal setting - aims for treatment -Massage treatment (60 minutes) -Tailored after care advice, to put you in the driving seat of your recovery​​ Follow up appointments are 75 minutes and include: Re-assessment, Jing Method™ treatment (60 minutes) and self care practices to continue your recovery.
